The stone built residence spreads on an 1.7 square meters olive grove and consists of two separate buildings, united under a common terrace, leading to a private patio . The first building integrates the living room and the kitchen and the other one three spacious bedrooms.
The design aims at incorporating the villa into the natural environment, using traditional elements of Cretan architecture, such as stone and wood, as well as to provide the conveniences of a modern residence.
During the design and the construction, focus was given to reflect the traditional Hellenic architecture. The residence features a lean design and simplicity , resulting in a high aesthetic result.
Simple construction, clean design and spiritually high sensuality and sensitivity. And together, inner honesty, inwardly philosophical restraint and humility. Away from directed shouts and external theatricals, away from immeasurable and crowded welds.

Surrounding area
The fenced area of the property ensures absolute privacy to the residents. The country road leads to the parking space through a remote-control garage door. An external shower is placed there, useful after having visited the nearby beaches.
The villas building comes next, wisely placed within the olive grove, resulting in a morphology harmonically incorporated in the surroundings.
Moderate and wise interventions were realized to the surrounding area, in order to preserve its authentic character, since the interior features 17 olive trees, emblematic land marks of the Cretan landscape. A small yard slope offers a breathtaking view to south ridge of Psiloritis mountain.
Garden
The garden, designed considering the area climate and character embraces harmonically the buildings and in such a way that allows uninterrupted view from each room. Meet plants that thrive into the local environment, such as aromatic herbs (sage, rosemary, etc.) and fruit trees (peach, pear, etc.). Take a look of the garden through paths, made of natural red gravel, enjoying the smells and images of our place.
Indoor patio
A traditional indoor patio offers you intimacy and quietness. Relax under the wooden arbour, in the cozy and chilling environment created by both the garden and the olive grove. Prepare your meals with the Landmann Gas grill and enjoy them at the outdoor dining table. A patio lounge set and two Chaise Lounges are waiting for you to relax and sun bathe under the blue Cretan sky.
External lighting
The architectural lighting aims at ensuring safe and comfort activities or stay in the exterior areas. During the night, a combination of light and shadow evenly highlights the garden and emphasizes the size and shape of the olive grove.
